Epic is bringing a new replay system to the company’s massive game Fortnite. This new feature, which will be primarily used by those in the Battle Royale game mode, will enable players to reply past games and make some quick edits without having to use external software. What’s more Epic is clearly catering for creators as the target demographic for the new feature.
Interestingly, this new system is not restricted to Fortnite but will be available to developers who use the Unreal game engine. We’re not sure when the replay editor will make it to Fortnite, but we can’t see it being too long in order to capitalise on the momentum.
Fortnite is becoming the biggest game on PC, rivaling already established communities, including League of Legends. Top streaming personality Tyler “Ninja” Blevins is amassing huge audiences playing through the Battle Royale mode, even teaming up with musician Drake.
